*REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!*
Once again we will use our online registration platform called Uplifter. All registration and fundraising payments will be done online through this program. No paper copy or in-person registration will occur. All policies and waivers will be acknowledged online as well before you check out.
In addition to the online acknowledgements, every participant will need to sign a Waiver and Release of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Consent to Medical Treatment form for the Township of South Dundas prior to their first skating session. MDSC will collect these forms on behalf of the township. Please bring a completed copy with you on your first day of skating. Raffle calendars may be picked up on your first day of skating as well.
MDSC will continue to offer e-Transfer as a payment method! All you need is our firstname.lastname@example.org email address and you're ready to make payments.
*Please make sure to use the assigned passwords and include the skaters' full name in the description. Passwords for registration and fundraising will be different.
*All raffle/fundraising fees will be paid in full at time of registration.
*We prefer online payments to minimize contact.
*Please note that there will be a 3% processing fee on all invoices.
Registration is on a first come first serve basis. MDSC reserves the right to move skaters to another session depending on skaters' ability and the number of registrants. All skating sessions are subject to a certain amount of changes, adjustments and/or cancellations due to hockey tournaments, other events or holidays. MDSC reserves the right to change or cancel sessions depending on registration and to accommodate special circumstances such as test sessions and other emergency situations. This has been taken into consideration when calculating ice fees. There will be no rebates, substitutions or makeups for missed sessions.
